Healthy Baby Club

Our Healthy Baby Club is a peer support program, where expecting parents meet regularly to discuss pregnancy and birth topics with the guidance of a Healthy Baby Club Coordinator. The expecting parent would register for the duration of their pregnancy and continue to receive support up to 6 weeks postnatal. HBC moms receive a weekly grocery gift card (Sobeys $25), where they would buy healthy food supplements that have been identified to help during pregnancy (Oranges, Eggs, and Milk). Meeting are held weekly, Wednesday afternoons from 1pm-2:30pm or Thursday evenings (bi-weekly), 7 pm-8:30 pm, here at the Kelligrews location, 974 Conception Bay Highway.
